Episcopal 101

Bishop Haynes will make her visitation to St. Luke’s early next year, possibly in January.  At that time Confirmation, Reception, and Reaffirmation will be offered.  Please speak with Dale+, if you are interested, or know of someone who might be interested.

As an opportunity to prepare for the bishop’s visit, not only for those being Confirmed, Received, or reaffirming their commitment to Christ, but as a fun conversation for everyone on what it means to be “Episcopal” we will have four Sunday lunches, with a simple meal, and Episcopal 101, where parts of the history, beliefs, and traditions of the Episcopal Church will be discussed.

Lunch will be served in the Parish Hall at 11:50 am.  The topics will be presented 12:00 – 1:00 pm.  Please let the office know of your plans to attend the 12 September gathering by noon on 8 September.
